Job Title: Agile Coach

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Agile Coach to lead the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies across teams and departments. You will work closely with product managers, scrum masters, developers, and leadership to build a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other frameworks) on Agile best practices, principles, and values.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops including retrospectives, PI planning, backlog grooming, etc.
• Guide organizational transformation to Agile practices, including DevOps and Lean principles.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align Agile adoption with business goals.
• Design and implement training programs for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members.
• Evaluate Agile maturity levels and implement improvement roadmaps.
• Help remove impediments and improve team dynamics and delivery flow.
• Monitor metrics (velocity, throughput, etc.) and support data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of IT/Software Development experience, with at least 3 years as an Agile Coach.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale Agile transformation programs.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile engineering practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management experience.
• Background in coaching leadership teams or business units.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic coaching style with the ability to challenge and influence at all levels.
• Adaptability to different team dynamics and organizational structures.
