InterSources Inc. seeks an experienced Agile Coach to guide enterprise-wide agile adoption within Client-IT in New York.
You will mentor product teams, leaders and stakeholders to align delivery with business goals and foster continuous improvement. This consultative role focuses on coaching at scale, facilitating workshops, and promoting Scrum and Kanban practices while advancing agile maturity across the organization.
The Agile Coach is responsible for coaching, mentoring, and guiding product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through Agile adoption and transformation initiatives across Client-IT. This role requires demonstrated experience enabling and supporting Agile and/or enterprise transformation efforts in large, complex environments. It advances large-scale Agile Transformation efforts by promoting Agile principles, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement. The Agile Coach partners with teams to enhance delivery practices, align outcomes with business objectives, and improve operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include coaching teams on Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban; facilitating training sessions and workshops; implementing best practices and tools; and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and improve performance.
This position operates in a consultative capacity without direct managerial responsibilities, focusing on influencing teams, enabling cultural change, and supporting enterprise-wide Agile maturity in alignment with the broader Client-IT strategy.
