Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of business or software focused analyst experience, or equivalent with 7+ years.
• Experience with software design, maintenance, and documentation in an agile environment.
• 2+ years of software testing or customer support/technical support experience preferred.
• Experience with API development and end-user training desired.
• Working knowledge of the transportation industry desired.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with SQL querying preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Designs new features and enhancements by analyzing requirements and mapping functional/technical needs.
• Refines project scope and timeline by identifying real-world use-cases and QA coverage.
• Facilitates development by authoring user stories and refining work items for agile team review.
• Monitors progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, and publishing reports.
• Provides user documentation and training; supports users.
• Assists with end-user delivery; analyzes information and logs.
• Ability to learn internal software and systems; communicate technical information effectively.
