Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to join a fast-paced Agile environment. The role focuses on gathering requirements, translating them into user stories, and supporting development through testing and deployment.

The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams, drive projects from concept through delivery, and participate in all Agile ceremonies in a hands-on capacity, ensuring timely, high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience developing and executing test cases.
• Experience supporting web development/application projects.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to work 100% onsite.

Responsibilities

• Work within a 2-week Agile sprint cycle alongside development and business teams.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Develop and execute test cases and support QA/UAT activities.
• Utilize Microsoft Azure DevOps for requirements, user stories, sprint activities, and project tracking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to understand business processes and identify improvements.
• Support web application development initiatives and business application projects.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Proactively identify areas where additional support or analysis is needed.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
