Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a contract Hybrid Business & Tech Analyst in Winston-Salem, NC. You’ll help users refine requirements, troubleshoot issues, and drive Copilot, Power Automate, and Power BI initiatives to successful completion.

The role emphasizes coaching, technical guidance, and clear boundaries to enable Champions and coworkers to deliver and support their own Copilot, agent, automation, and analytics projects.

Qualifications

• Copilot and related tooling experience.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Experience analyzing business systems and processes to identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Refine requirements and troubleshoot issues for Microsoft 365 Copilot features and related tooling.
• Coach users on Copilot agents, automation, and analytics initiatives.
• Guide Champions and coworkers to deliver their own Copilot, agent, automation, and analytics projects.

Description

A people person with a business analyst and technical analyst mindset could help users refine requirements, troubleshoot issues, and bring their projects across the finish line.

Areas where this person could provide support, in order of priority, include:

Microsoft 365 Copilot Features & First-Party Agents: Helping users discover and adopt Microsoft's built-in capabilities, including Researcher, Analyst, scheduled prompts, notebooks, Copilot Pages, and other first-party agents and experiences delivered within Microsoft 365 Copilot.

M365 Copilot Agent Builder: Helping users build, publish, and share no-code agents for individuals and teams.

Copilot Studio: Helping users develop more advanced agents with enterprise integrations, automation, and governance requirements.

Power Automate: Helping users design, troubleshoot, and enhance business process automations and workflows.

Power BI Copilot: Helping users create reports, analyze data, generate insights, and explore information using natural language.

The goal would not be to build solutions on behalf of users, but to provide hands-on coaching, technical guidance, and articulate where and why boundaries exist all to help Champions and their coworkers successfully deliver, share, and support their own Copilot, agent, automation, and analytics initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
