Job summary

Chase in the US seeks an Agility Associate to support Digital Product Portfolio Management. You’ll facilitate agile ceremonies, translate technical details into business terms, and guide teams through the product lifecycle to achieve timely delivery.

You’ll work with Technology, Product, and Operations using Scrum and Kanban, produce actionable reports from Jira and Excel, and help drive continuous improvement across departments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in agile delivery, product, or operations support roles.
• Strong Jira usage, ability to create/run queries and analyze metrics.
• Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to translate technical info into business language.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams through the product lifecycle using agile principles to enable timely delivery.
• Facilitate group discussions and decision-making to improve collaboration.
• Provide training and mentorship on agile practices and development norms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review work and ensure policy alignment.
• Promote AI-assisted documentation with human review and delivery standards.
• Track work with Jira, analyze metrics, build dashboards and reports.
• Support release planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Translate technical details into business language for leadership and partners.
