Responsibilities

• Coordinate the rental fleet across the Aggregate Group, including scheduling equipment rentals, arranging pickups and deliveries, and verifying equipment condition upon arrival and return.
• Process and track equipment rentals in SAP, ensuring accurate documentation and timely closure of rental agreements upon completion.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive rental fleet tracking report for financial review and cost tracking.
• Coordinate inventory management of parts, supplies, lubricants, and other materials for the Mobile Equipment Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Travel to storage facilities and job sites to support inventory control, deliveries, and verification activities.
• Learn and support Capitol Aggregates procurement and purchasing processes and assist with purchasing activities and related admin functions.
