Responsibilities

• Participate in a defined program where you can apply your knowledge, experience, and education.
• Assist in managing daily operations of aggregate production in quarry or sand & gravel.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Engage in special projects and learn Mine Planning, Operations Optimization, Quality Control, and Maintenance.
• Operate heavy equipment and support sales, safety, and environmental initiatives.
