Qualifications

• Graduating seniors with a degree in mining, civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, or business management.
• Current internal employees with industry knowledge pursuing leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations of aggregate production.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Engage in special projects with managers across operations.
• Learn aspects of quarry or sand & gravel operation, including Mine Planning, Operations Optimization, Quality Control, Sales, Maintenance, and Safety.
