Heidelberg Materials is seeking an Aggregates Project Manager to lead capital projects and drive operational improvements across South Texas Aggregates Operations. The role oversees planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or construction field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in aggregates, mining, or related industrial environments.
• Experience managing capital projects from concept through closeout.
• Knowledge of aggregate mining operations and short-term mine planning.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while balancing safety, budget, schedule, and quality.

Responsabilités

• Lead capital projects and operational improvement initiatives from planning through execution while achieving safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives.
• Develop and manage short-term mine plans to support production targets, reserve utilization, equipment deployment, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with plant, quarry, maintenance, environmental, and engineering teams to align project priorities with operational needs.
• Develop project scopes, cost estimates, business cases, schedules, and resource plans for capital investments and operational improvements.
• Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor project performance, manage risks and expenditures, and provide regular updates to leadership.
