Job summary

APAC-Central Inc. is seeking an experienced Aggregate Plant Operator to run the crushing plant safely and efficiently. You will monitor production, inspect equipment, support preventive maintenance, and document changes in product quality and plant performance.

Requirements include 2+ years in aggregate crushing, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. MSHA training is required before duties begin.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in aggregate crushing operations.
• High school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• MSHA training completed before starting work duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate the aggregate crushing plant safely, consistently, and efficiently.
• Follow all safety policies, rules, and procedures.
• Monitor throughput and equipment performance to maximize production.
• Complete daily inspections and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain housekeeping and support plant maintenance activities.
