Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Lead daily plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production of aggregates.* Drive a strong safety culture through proactive leadership, coaching, and compliance with all safety regulations.* Optimize plant performance by managing costs, production targets, and quality standards.* Develop, mentor, and engage team members to build a high-performing, accountable workforce.* Partner with maintenance and support teams to ensure equipment reliability and continuous improvement.**What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a production or industrial environment.* Strong operational and problem-solving capabilities with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality.* Effective communication and leadership skills across diverse teams and stakeholders, while holding team accountable.* Ability to analyze data, make sound decisions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.* Working knowledge of aggregate operations, heavy equipment, pit development and plant processes.**Work Environment** This role operates in a quarry/aggregate plant environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and heavy equipment.
