Heidelberg Materials is seeking an Aggregate Plant Manager in Lithonia, GA to lead daily plant operations for safe and efficient aggregates production. You will drive a strong safety culture, optimize performance, and mentor a high-performing team in a quarry environment.

Responsibilities include cost management, quality assurance, and close collaboration with maintenance to ensure reliability and continuous improvement. This role requires field presence and leadership across diverse teams.
