About the Role

The Aggregate Maintenance Technician - Swing Shift is responsible for maintaining mining processing equipment, performing inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance, and preparing operational reports. (Sign-on Bonus: $3,500)

What You'll Accomplish

• Commit to safety policies and procedures.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance following manufacturer recommendations.
• Maintain inventory of replacement parts.
• Inspect and repair plant equipment, report findings, and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Adhere to safety, environmental, and company policies, completing documentation promptly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mechanical repair, installation, and construction in industrial environments.
• Basic mechanical skills including welding, fabrication, and tool use.
• Preferred experience with industrial equipment like skid-steer and man-lift.
• Basic computer skills.
