ABOUT THE ROLE

The Aggregate Maintenance Technician-Swing Shift maintains mining processing equipment, performs inspections, repairs, preventative maintenance, and prepares operational reports. (Sign-on bonus: $3,500)

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Commit to safety policies and practices in all environments.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance following manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Maintain inventory of parts and perform repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Report repairs and findings to supervisor.
• Perform emergency repairs to address breakdowns.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies, and complete paperwork timely.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mechanical repair, installation, and industrial construction.
• Basic mechanical skills: welding, fabrication, cutting, wrenching.
• Preferred: operating skid-steer, man-lift, and other industrial equipment.
• Basic computer skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Proper use of PPE, including respirators, with compliance to fit testing requirements.
