You will develop preventive maintenance programs, coordinate staff and contractors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while maintaining spare parts inventory and reporting on performance and costs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training are a plus.
• Proven experience maintaining and repairing heavy machinery in aggregate production or similar.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.

As a Aggregate Maintenance Coordinator with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating the maintenance activities related to aggregate production and processing. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient operation of equipment and machinery used in the production of aggregates, such as crushers, screens, conveyors, and other processing equipment. You will collaborate closely with maintenance teams, production supervisors, and management to optimize equipment performance, minimize downtime, and maintain a safe working environment.
