Job summary

Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials is seeking an Aggregate Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance of crushers, screens, conveyors and other processing equipment in our aggregate production operation. You will lead preventive maintenance programs, coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors, monitor performance data, and drive safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• Experience maintaining heavy machinery in aggregate production or similar industries.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities for coordinating activities.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations in an industrial setting.
• Proficiency with CMMS for planning and record-keeping.

AGGREGATE MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

We are looking for an Aggregate Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As an Aggregate Maintenance Coordinator with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating the maintenance activities related to aggregate production and processing. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient operation of equipment and machinery used in the production of aggregates, such as crushers, screens, conveyors, and other processing equipment. You will collaborate closely with maintenance teams, production supervisors, and management to optimize equipment performance, minimize downtime, and maintain a safe working environment.

• Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial setting.
• Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for maintenance planning and record‑keeping.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
