You will assist in setup, maintenance, and inspections, help move materials, and participate in safety meetings in accordance with MSHA regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• MSHA Part 46 or Part 48 training preferred or ability to obtain on hire.
• Experience in aggregate or mining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain aggregate crushers and screening plants.
• Perform routine inspections of crushers, conveyors, and screens.
• Monitor material flow and proper feed/discharge.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment per safety schedules.
• Prepare project sites by removing debris and maintaining a safe work area.
• Transport materials, tools, and equipment to/from the job site.
• Operate forklifts, skid steers, or small hand tools as needed.
• Assist in digging, grading, and other manual plant tasks.
• Follow MSHA and company safety policies, including PPE use and lockout/tagout.
• Participate in safety meetings, inspections, and site audits.
