Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Equipment Operator to support aggregate production at its PA facilities. You will operate heavy, material-moving equipment and work with the plant operator on safety and production standards.

Responsibilities include field engineering, welding, fabrication, and major repairs, along with pre/post shift inspections and adherence to GOH/MSHA safety practices. Overnight and weekend shifts may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; heavy equipment operation certificate preferred.
• MSHA regulations knowledge required.
• Ability to learn GOH policies and follow safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Operate heavy, material-moving construction equipment to move aggregate material safely and efficiently.
• Perform field engineering, welding, fabrication, and major repairs with plant operator.
• Follow GOH/MSHA safety practices and conduct pre/post shift inspections.
• Travel to other job locations as needed.
• Work overtime including nights, Saturdays, and Sundays.
