Job summary

MFA Incorporated offers a full-time, 12-week paid internship designed to support farmers and ranchers across our communities. You will be paired with a summer mentor who directs, challenges, and teaches you about the Communications division, providing hands-on experience and real-world projects.

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate of Applied Sciences Degree.
• Experience in agriculture, business, or related field.
• Desire to thrive in agriculture and seek a key role in the industry.
• Commitment to success and reflect the company culture.
• Have or are willing to develop basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete a mentor-defined project and present it at internship conclusion.
• Collaborate with the Communications division and gain hands-on experience.
• Participate in tours and learning opportunities across MFA locations.

Students from various accredited college campuses are invited to participate, which provides diverse collaborations and life-long connections. All duties and responsibilities should be completed in accordance with company policy.
