MFA Incorporated invites motivated students to join its Ag Experience 12-week paid internship. You will work on whole-farm solutions, gain hands-on experience, and be paired with a summer mentor who will direct, challenge, and teach you about our company and the division, enabling you to complete a project for presentation at the end of the summer.

Open to students from various campuses, the program emphasizes collaboration, community service, and the development of lifelong industry connections

Why Our Internships Stand Out

MFA’s Ag Experience is a full-time, 12-week, paid internship unique to your degree program and personal interests. You will be paired with a summer mentor who will direct, challenge, and teach you about our company and the (Insert Division Here) division, allowing you to gain valuable hands‑on experience. Your mentor will outline a project for you to complete and present at the conclusion of the summer. Students from various accredited college campuses are invited to participate, which provides diverse collaborations and life‑long connections. All duties and responsibilities should be completed in accordance with company policy.
