Job summary

MFA Incorporated offers a 12-week, full-time internship that supports farmers and ranchers. You’ll be paired with a summer mentor who guides, challenges, and teaches you about MFA’s Plant Foods and Transportation division, helping you gain hands-on experience.

Participants from various campuses join to collaborate and learn within a supportive team, completing duties per company policy and applying classroom knowledge.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate of Applied Sciences Degree.
• Experience in agriculture, business, or related field.
• Desire to thrive in agriculture and contribute to the industry.

Responsibilities

• Support farmers and ranchers in MFA communities.
• Work with a mentor to outline and complete a project during the internship.
• Present the project at the conclusion of the 12-week program.

Your mentor will outline a project for you to complete and present at the conclusion of the summer. Students from various accredited college campuses are invited to participate, which provides diverse collaborations and life‑long connections. All duties and responsibilities should be completed in accordance with company policy.
