Job summary

MFA Incorporated offers a 12-week, full-time paid internship that supports farmers and ranchers in our communities. You will be paired with a summer mentor who guides a project within the Agronomy Research division.

Participants gain hands-on experience through collaborative teamwork, field visits, and exposure to whole-farm solutions while aligning with company policy.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate of Applied Sciences Degree.
• Experience in agriculture, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Complete a project outlined by mentor and present at the end of the internship.
• Support farmers and ranchers in our communities and collaborate with the Agronomy Research division.

You will be paired with a summer mentor who will direct, challenge, and teach you about our company and the Agronomy Research division, allowing you to gain valuable hands-on experience. Your mentor will outline a project for you to complete and present at the conclusion of the summer. Students from various accredited college campuses are invited to participate, which provides diverse collaborations and life-long connections.
