Cadmus seeks an experienced Senior AI Transformation Process Analyst to advance a client engagement focused on identifying and designing agentic AI solutions that transform business operations. You will lead workshops, analyze current-state processes, and translate needs into actionable blueprints for future-state workflows.
Responsibilities include collaboration with stakeholders, SMEs, and AI experts to define capabilities, assess value, and document requirements.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior AI Transformation Process Analyst to support a strategic client engagement focused on identifying, assessing, and designing Agentic AI solutions that transform business operations. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical experts to analyze current-state processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, and develop business blueprints for future-state agentic workflows. You will lead discovery workshops, document business requirements, evaluate process challenges, and translate business needs into actionable recommendations that support AI-enabled transformation initiatives.

The salary range for this position is$175,000 - $190,000. The actual salary will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
