Role Overview

We are seeking an Agentic Software Engineer to design, build, and manage AI agent workflows that accelerate and automate our development pipelines. You will help create reusable agentic patterns, research new tools, and architect systems that blend human creativity with AI efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine workflows that orchestrate LLM agents for software development and creative tasks.
• Build internal tools or pipelines using AI agents (e.g., testing bots, code reviewers, scaffolders).
• Explore multi-agent architectures, AI/CLI integrations, and scripted prompting to optimize velocity.
• Research and recommend new AI tools and methods to improve development speed and quality.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and strategy teams to ensure solutions align with our values and goals.
• Build and document internal systems that improve consistency, performance, and scalability.
• Develop and share best practices for effective human-AI collaboration.
• Assess project complexity and recommend when to bring in AI-augmented developers for implementation work.
• Work with the AI Product Lead to establish clear boundaries between system architecture (your domain) and product direction (their domain).
• Define technical requirements for AI-augmented developers that optimize their effectiveness when using your systems.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in full-stack or systems-level development.
• Hands-on experience with AI development platforms (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, LangChain, or equivalents).
• Experience designing modular, agent-ready codebases and understanding which tasks to delegate to AI vs. handle directly.
• Ability to structure problems in ways that make them amenable to AI assistance.
• Growth mindset that embraces the iterative nature of prompt engineering and LLM collaboration.
• Comfort with rapid technology shifts and willingness to continually adapt workflows.
• Curiosity-driven, innovative, and comfortable at the bleeding edge.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Healthy skepticism balanced with openness to AI capabilities.
