Job summary

ClassLink is seeking an Agentic Engineer (IC2) to design, develop, test, and maintain AI-enabled software solutions. The role coordinates across Product and Engineering to deliver secure, scalable agentic workflows and cloud-native applications.

Remote role with quarterly in-person strategy meetings. Required 2–5 years in software/AI development, strong cloud, API, and DevOps experience, plus Agile practices and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in software engineering, application development, or AI-enabled solution development.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying scalable software with Agile methodologies.
• Cloud platforms, RESTful APIs, distributed architectures; AI-assisted development tools.
• DevOps practices, CI/CD, automated testing, observability; secure software practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-enabled software solutions and agentic workflows.
• Design scalable integrations between AI systems, APIs, and cloud services.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, testing, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Infrastructure, QA, and DevEx teams.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring peers.
