Job summary

AspenView Technology Partners, Inc. is hiring an Agentic Delivery Systems Engineer to own how agentic software delivery works on a large AI-led modernization programme for a global payments and hospitality platform.

You will shape the context, token economy, and tool permissions to keep sessions coherent across a vast estate. Required: 5+ years shipping production software, hands-on OpenAI experience, and strong Python/TypeScript skills; travel/hospitality domain experience is mandatory;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years building and shipping production software in relevant domains.
• Travel or hospitality domain experience is mandatory — restaurant, lodging, POS, booking, ticketing, or travel-payments systems.
• Hands-on production experience with OpenAI — APIs, the Codex toolchain, or agent frameworks built on OpenAI models.
• Hands-on production use of agentic coding tools (Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or comparable).
• Demonstrated work on context engineering, agent optimisation, or LLM evaluation, with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and own context windows, retrieval, and pruning rules for large-scale agentic delivery.
• Diagnose and fix context degradation and token-spend inefficiencies.
• Build cost models and optimize token usage across tasks and sprints.
• Define tool surfaces, inventories, and permissions for agentic agents.
• Integrate agentic tooling with client systems and DevOps pipelines.
• Instrument end-to-end agent runs with traces, telemetry, and cost attribution.
