The role spans architecture, engineering, and delivery across Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, and MACH stacks, delivering value for global clients in B2C, B2B, and B2B2C settings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise-scale commerce delivery experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce, or MACH stacks.
• Experience integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, and vector stores into production systems.
• Knowledge of API-led, microservices architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery, and scaling of Agentic Commerce workstreams.
• Ensure AI-driven capabilities are production-ready and securely integrated.
• Drive architecture, engineering, and delivery across AI, backend, data, cloud, and DevOps.
• Manage engineering and delivery pods across AI, backend, data, cloud, and DevOps.
• Implement CI/CD and cloud-native deployments.
• Deliver integration with CRM, CDP, payments, order management, pricing, and fulfillment.
• Governance, risk, and value realization with KPI tracking.
• Contribute to reusable assets and client solutions.
