Job summary

Ultimate Knowledge Institute seeks AI Workflow Engineers to architect an agentic SDLC—from planning to release—integrating with our GitOps/CI/CD, and building governance around AI workflows. You will design agentic pipelines, enhance developer experience with AI tooling, and ensure reliable, verifiable outcomes across production environments.

You will work with senior US-based engineers to accelerate workforce readiness initiatives and deliver impactful cybersecurity training platforms for

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience building AI/LLM systems in production settings.
• 2+ years designing and operating agentic workflows and pipelines including multi-step agent orchestration, tool use, evaluation, and governance.
• Experience embedded in modern development teams practicing GitOps and CI/CD (required).
• Working knowledge of grounded AI patterns: RAG, context engineering, structured outputs, and evaluation/observability for LLM systems.
• Solid software fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python; comfort working with Angular/React frontends on Express web applications.

Responsibilities

• Build our agentic SDLC pipeline from planning through release, integrated with GitOps and CI/CD.
• Level up developer experience with AI integrations into daily workflows and self-service tooling.
• Engineer grounded, trustworthy AI systems with evaluation harnesses and verifiable results.
• Establish governance and guardrails with policies, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and audit trails.
• Formalize and scale successful approaches into repeatable frameworks and internal platforms.
