Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking an Agentic AI Architect I to design scalable, reliable architectures for production-grade AI agents. You will translate business workflows into practical designs and lead cross-team collaboration across product, engineering, AI Platform, and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or building backend systems, distributed apps, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
• Cloud services, deployment pipelines, monitoring, and production troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of testing, evaluation, and release readiness for production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures for agentic AI solutions including orchestration and runtime execution.
• Translate product requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plans.
• Define reusable patterns for multi-step agent behavior and cross-system coordination.
• Collaborate with platform teams to use shared orchestration, evaluation, and tooling.
• Document decisions, reviews, and provide implementation guidance for teams.
• Establish observability requirements: logging, metrics, traces, dashboards, and alerts.
• Support release planning, production monitoring, and post-release improvement.
