RealPage, Inc. is seeking an Agentic AI Architect I to design scalable, reliable architectures for production-grade AI agents. You will work across product, AI Platform, infrastructure, and operations to translate requirements into practical architectures and reusable patterns.

The role emphasizes collaboration, architecture reviews, and production readiness, with a focus on observability, security, and governance as agentic AI patterns mature.

Qualifications

• Experience designing backend systems and distributed applications.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, asynchronous processing, service coordination, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with LLM-based applications, AI agents, retrieval techniques, prompt and context management, tool calling, workflow automation, or model-driven products.
• Ability to translate business and workflow requirements into practical technical architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures for agentic AI solutions including orchestration, runtime execution, tooling, and integrations.
• Translate product requirements and customer use cases into clear technical designs and implementation plans.
• Define reusable patterns for multi-step agent behavior and cross-system coordination.
• Collaborate with AI Platform teams to reuse shared orchestration, runtime, and evaluation capabilities.
• Provide architecture reviews, documentation, and production-readiness assessments.
• Support release planning, monitoring, and incident response.
