Job summary

BMW Group is seeking an AI Solution Architect to design and implement enterprise-scale agentic AI systems, integrating LLMs, tooling, and cloud-native architectures. You will lead architecture decisions, collaborate with business and IT teams, and drive adoption across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes production deployment, MLOps, and secure, scalable AI platforms, partnering with platform teams to build reliable AI backbones for BMW Group.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including experience in AI development and proven hands-on expertise in designing and building enterprise AI and agentic AI solutions.
• Master’s degree or PhD preferred in Computer Science, AI or a comparable field.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder-management skills for aligning business units and platform teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, co-create and implement enterprise-scale agentic AI systems from solution architecture to deployment.
• Translate business requirements into reusable AI solution architectures and scalable multi-agent solutions.
• Define architecture standards, reusable design patterns and guardrails for secure, scalable AI solutions.
