Job summary

IBM Consulting is hiring a senior AI architect to lead enterprise-scale AI and agentic solutions for clients across industries. You will translate complex business challenges into scalable architectures and production-ready implementations.

You will work directly with clients to evaluate, fine-tune, and orchestrate leading LLMs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Meta Llama, Mistral, and IBM Granite, while guiding secure, governance-ready deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading AI solutions in professional settings.
• Experience deploying AI in regulated industries (FS, Insurance, Healthcare, Public Sector).
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, MCP, vector databases, and cloud-native AI services.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deliver enterprise-scale AI and agentic solutions with clients.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with major LLMs and optimize models for client use cases.
• Lead design of modern AI architectures: RAG, AI agents, multi-agent systems, knowledge graphs.
