Job summary

AegisAI is seeking a Customer Engineer to blend AI fluency with security architecture and customer-facing agility. You will drive enterprise evaluations, guide API-first installations, and craft custom security integrations for prospective customers.

You'll bridge Agentic AI models with SecOps workflows, illustrating how our platform detects zero-day threats and impersonation attempts while collaborating with Engineering and Threat Intelligence teams to help shape the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Account Manager in Cybersecurity.
• Strong conceptual and technical understanding of modern AI architectures, NLP, agentic systems.
• Hands-on API & Cloud technical skills: REST APIs, cloud email infrastructure, scripting to inspect logs.
• Data-driven storytelling to translate threat analytics into executive risk assessments.
• Thrives in a fast-paced Series A startup environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Architect Enterprise AI Security Solutions: design, present, and position to CISOs and SecOps leaders.
• Drive API-First Onboarding & PoCs: guide easy, read-only API deployments with minimal downtime.
• Analyze & Deliver Threat Reports: benchmark against legacy SEGs and present threat audits.
• Master Agentic AI & AI Risk: explain detection models and Shadow AI capabilities.
• Customer-to-Product Feedback Loop: translate customer feedback into product roadmap.
