Job summary

BeaconFire Inc. is hiring an Agentic AI Python Developer to design and deliver high quality web applications. You will work on end-to-end delivery including ingestion, retrieval, agent orchestration, evaluation, and deployment.

The role requires hands-on experience with Python-based web frameworks (Flask/Django), RAG pipelines on Google Cloud/Vertex AI, and tool-calling patterns in agentic frameworks. You’ll contribute to design reviews, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

Experience building Python web applications with Flask or Django.
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Familiar with agentic frameworks and tool/function calling patterns.
Solid understanding of vector search concepts and vector DBs in production.

Responsibilities

Collaborate to design and develop high quality Web applications using Python, Flask, Django.
Write clean, efficient code with maintainability in mind.
Design and implement RAG pipelines on Google Cloud / Vertex AI (chunking, embeddings, indexing, retrieval, reranking).
Build agentic workflows (tool use, planning, reflection/guardrails, structured outputs).
Perform code reviews to ensure quality and consistency; conduct testing for reliability.
