Avanciers Inc. seeks an experienced Product Coach to help client Product Manager teams adopt AI-enabled, agentic ways of working across the Product Development Lifecycle.

This hands-on coaching role targets Product Managers, Product Owners, and delivery teams, using AI agents and skills to improve discovery, backlog management, prioritization, experimentation, and delivery. The role requires practical experience applying AI in day-to-day PM activities and the ability to train teams on those

Qualifications

5+ years of Product Management experience.
Hands-on experience with AI-enabled product development and agentic workflows.
Experience using AI tools in product management processes.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience training product teams on AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

Coach Product Managers and Product Owners on modern product management practices.
Help teams improve discovery, backlog management, prioritization, and delivery.
Lead product workshops, backlog reviews, and sprint planning sessions.
Apply AI tools to accelerate product development workflows.
