You will design an orchestration layer, integrate multiple LLM providers, turn unstructured data into actionable inputs, and implement human-in-the-loop approval and evaluation loops in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production software.
• Hands-on with AI systems, LLMs, tool-calling and structured outputs.
• Experience with AWS and scalable architectures.
• Experience parsing and extracting unstructured data.
• Strong English communication and fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the agent orchestration layer with state and next-best-action logic.
• Integrate LLMs behind provider-agnostic layers with structured outputs and retries.
• Turn messy inputs into structured, reliable data for actions.
• Build human-in-the-loop approval flows to keep humans in control.
• Set up evaluation and tuning loops to improve agent quality over time.
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and client stakeholders to ship end-to-end.
