Job summary

You will work across product, design, and engineering to ship high-impact AI solutions, explore SOTA agentic architectures, and contribute to evaluation and guardrail workflows. This role emphasizes collaboration and hands-on ML excellence.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s in CS/ML or related field, with 3+ years of industry experience.
• Hands-on with large language models: pretraining, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG architectures.
• Experience shipping production ML/AI systems at scale, with ML infrastructure and model serving.

Responsibilities

• Champion the development of novel ML systems and product integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to build AI solutions for Airbnb CS products.
• Learn and share the latest AI/ML technologies with the team.
