Job summary

You will design bounded AI capabilities, tool contracts, and prompts with versioning, while delivering production-grade backend services and data processing components.

Responsibilities include building end-to-end solutions, validating AI outputs for grounding and safety, and enforcing strict security and data governance.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with AI agent design, tool contracts, and prompt/versioning practices.
• Experience building production-grade backend services and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business users to understand workflows, pain points, and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into technical specs, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria.
• Develop bounded AI capabilities with structured outputs, context retrieval, and tool calls.
• Implement least-privilege security, authentication, and data-access controls.
• Create unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; validate AI outputs for accuracy and safety.
