The role focuses on translating business needs into technical specifications, building production-grade backends, and implementing robust AI-powered features with secure, auditable tool integrations. You will work with Databricks notebooks, SQL transformations, and end-to-end testing to ensure reliable, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Translate business requirements into technical specs, user stories, testable acceptance criteria, and incremental delivery plans.
• Identify when deterministic logic, automation, retrieval, or an AI agent is appropriate.
• Build production-quality backend services, APIs, and data-processing components.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business users and subject-matter experts to understand workflows, pain points, exceptions, and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into technical specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for incremental delivery.
• Develop bounded AI capabilities for research, explanation, recommendation, and workflow assistance.
• Design tool contracts with permissions, schemas, failure behavior, and audit requirements.
• Enforce authorization boundaries in application code and tool permissions.
