Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer / Lead AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI-powered applications and platforms in the United States. The role requires hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, Python, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and scalable distributed systems.

The candidate will drive architecture from PoC to production, build scalable AI systems, integrate LLM APIs and open-source models, design evaluation

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building production AI systems.
• Experience taking AI projects from architecture to deployment.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI-powered software applications.
• Build and integrate LLM-based applications and AI agents.
• Develop production-grade RAG systems.
• Work with LLM APIs and open-source models.
• Design prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
• Develop AI agents capable of tool/function calling and multi-step workflows.
• Build APIs and backend services for AI applications.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications.
• Design scalable data pipelines for AI/ML applications.
• Implement vector search and semantic search solutions.
• Optimize AI applications for performance, accuracy, scalability, and cost.
• Work with engineering teams to integrate AI into production systems.
• Develop automated testing and evaluation frameworks.
• Monitor AI applications in production and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Maintain security, privacy, reliability, and responsible AI practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
