Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an Engineer, with experience in agentic systems.
Proficient in Python and one typed language like TypeScript or Go.
Hands-on experience with retrieval techniques and grounding techniques for AI systems.
Strong knowledge of common agentic patterns and evaluation practices.
Responsibilities
Design and build agentic workflows to solve defined problems end to end.
Identify and automate high-leverage operational workflows.
Build evaluation loops and maintain golden datasets for AI features.
Ensure compliance and safety in developed AI products.
Document production features and facilitate hand-offs.
Skills
Strong Python familiarity

Cloud experience (AWS or GCP)
