Job summary

SR2 is hiring an AI Engineer to design and deploy production-grade LLM applications and agentic workflows in a fast-growing AI-native startup. You will build autonomous agents, manage complex enterprise knowledge bases, and shape the core AI platform.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of professional engineering experience, strong Python skills, and a track record in research-to-production cycles, with exposure to context engineering and agent orchestration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Strong experience building and deploying complex LLM-powered systems into production.
• Experience developing AI agents, autonomous systems or multi-agent workflows.
• Strong understanding of context engineering, retrieval, agent orchestration or LLM evaluation.
• Experience building reliable AI systems that improve through feedback and iteration.
• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals.
• Comfortable working across research, experimentation and production engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy production-grade LLM applications and agentic workflows.
• Develop autonomous AI agents capable of managing and updating complex enterprise knowledge bases.
• Build context engineering, retrieval, memory and agent orchestration capabilities.
• Develop continuous learning systems using human feedback and production outcomes.
• Build evaluation frameworks, confidence scoring and reliability systems for AI agents.
• Architect scalable, asynchronous systems handling complex AI workflows.
• Contribute to the core AI platform and influence technical direction.
