Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Consultant, Agentic Delivery Acceleration, to design and deliver intuitive user interfaces and automation for agentic AI products within AWS Professional Services.

You will translate complex business processes into scalable automation and collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to accelerate adoption and reduce risk. This role emphasizes transforming workflows, establishing UI/UX standards, and delivering documentation to enable scalable

Qualifications

3 years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
Experience implementing AWS services in distributed computing environments.
Experience facilitating discussions with senior leadership regarding technical trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation.
Experience presenting technical solutions to diverse audiences in pre-sales environments.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain intuitive user interfaces for agentic AI solutions.
Architect and implement workflow automation within Amazon Quick Suite at scale.
Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through intelligent automation and re-engineering.
Establish and enforce UI/UX standards and development best practices across the team.
Produce clear technical documentation, runbooks, and onboarding materials.
