Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Databricks AI & Governance specialist to join our Plano, Texas team. You will design and deploy autonomous and human-in-the-loop AI agents that automate data governance, metadata management, and policy enforcement across enterprise data platforms.

You'll collaborate with governance engineers, data engineers, and stakeholders to define capabilities and align architectures with enterprise data strategy, while integrating with tools like Purview, Collibra, Informatica, Databricks,

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Data Management or related fields.
• Minimum 5+ years of enterprise data governance experience.
• Minimum 3+ years developing AI/ML or Agentic AI solutions.
• Minimum 3+ years Python and modern AI frameworks experience.
• Minimum 3+ years cloud platform experience (Azure AWS GCP).
• Experience with governance platforms like Collibra or Databricks Unity Catalog.
• Experience designing APIs and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong client-facing communication and workshop leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions for data governance and stewardship workflows.
• Build scalable AI agents using LLMs and orchestration frameworks for governance tasks.
• Collaborate with governance engineers, data engineers, and stakeholders to define capabilities.
• Develop autonomous and human-in-the-loop agents for data cataloging and policy enforcement.
• Integrate AI agents with data catalogs, MDM, and governance tools such as Purview, Collibra, Databricks, Snowflake.
• Create proof-of-value demos and pilot implementations for governance automation.
• Refine governance backlogs and onboard controls across the enterprise.
• Implement monitoring, guardrails, and security/compliance controls for AI solutions.
• Support proposals, architecture discussions, and client presentations on governance modernization.
• Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, and best practices.
