NTT DATA is seeking a Databricks AI & Governance professional in Plano, TX, to design and deliver agentic AI solutions for data governance, metadata, and policy enforcement. You will work with data engineers, governance engineers, and business stakeholders to accelerate enterprise governance initiatives.

The role emphasizes developing autonomous and human-in-the-loop agents, integrating with catalogs and cloud platforms, and delivering pilots, demos, and scalable frameworks to support governance

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data Management, Data Engineering, Data Governance, Metadata Management, or Enterprise Data Architecture.
• 5+ years designing enterprise data governance, MDM, metadata management, data quality, or regulatory compliance solutions.
• 3+ years developing AI/ML or Agentic AI using LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
• 3+ years Python and AI development frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, etc.).
• 3+ years cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
• 2+ years integrating governance platforms (Collibra, Databricks Unity Catalog).
• 2+ years designing APIs, workflow orchestration, event-driven architectures, or enterprise integrations.
• Experience defining governance policies, lineage, data quality controls, and compliance monitoring.
• Agile delivery experience with backlog-driven development and stakeholder feedback.
• Strong client-facing communication to lead workshops and executive demos.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions for data governance and stewardship workflows.
• Build scalable AI agents using LLMs and RAG to support data management and compliance.
• Collaborate with governance engineers, data engineers, and architects on client use cases.
• Develop autonomous and human-in-the-loop agents for cataloging, glossary management, and policy enforcement.
• Integrate AI agents with data catalogs, metadata repositories, data quality tools, and cloud platforms.
• Create proof-of-value demos and pilots to validate governance automation opportunities.
• Refine governance backlogs with client stakeholders and incrementally onboard controls.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and governance controls for Responsible AI practices.
• Support proposal development, solution architecture discussions, and client presentations.
• Contribute to reusable frameworks and accelerators for enterprise governance implementations.
