Job summary

i4DM is seeking an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master with strong communication skills to join a fast-growing federal-focused team. You will guide multiple scrum teams, manage backlogs, and ensure alignment with client needs and Salesforce delivery lifecycle.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of practical Scrum Master work on Salesforce programs, SAFe/Agile proficiency, and the ability to interact with stakeholders while driving continuous improvement and DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Scrum Master experience on Salesforce programs guiding teams through agile-scrum practices and principles.
• Ability to perform simple Salesforce configuration changes
• Excellent understanding and hands on experience with multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Ability to guide the team through agile-scrum practices and values
• Ability to coach the team to higher levels of scrum maturity
• Ability to remove impediments by identifying the right resources and pushing issues to resolution
• Ability to lead multiple scrum teams simultaneously
• Understanding of Salesforce delivery lifecycle
• Oversee design and development efforts to ensure build plans, sprint plans, and any other required deliverables are ready on time
• Experience with agile-scrum tools (Jira experience is a plus) including the ability to create dashboards and reports
• CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, Salesforce Administrator Certified preferred
• Ability to earn Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to create and maintain a backlog focused on solving customer challenges with Salesforce solutions.
• Facilitate all agile/scrum ceremonies (planning, review, retrospectives, and daily stand up) and Agile Planning Events
• Manage cross-team coordination in SAFe environments
• Support Agile maturity, continuous improvement, and DevSecOps practices
• Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Coordinate with Product Owners and stakeholders
• Work together with lead business analyst to support release planning
• Support product team in ensuring business requirements are well refined and meet development team’s definition of ready
• Participate in scrum of scrums and report on team health and progress
• Track sprint metrics, release progress, and dependency management
• Effectively monitor and communicate team status/progress to key stakeholders
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the reliability and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
• Work closely with Project Management team to maintain release scope and schedule
• Remove impediments to improve team velocity and ensure development team stays on schedule
• Promote quality, automation, and delivery predictability
