New York Life Insurance Co. is seeking a Service Representative in a hybrid role (4 days per week) to support agents and management, oversee contracting, and ensure onboarding runs smoothly. You will manage onboarding tasks, keep contracts moving, and coordinate communications with Partners.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications. This role involves regulatory adherence and daily coordination of clerical duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or office administration.
• Clear, professional communication (phone and email) and strong stakeholder service.
• Meticulous data entry and document review; audit-ready attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Perform tasks in the contracting system to advance contracts along the process.
• Track background-check and fingerprint results; follow up with Partners; elevate issues as needed.
• Review onboarding paperwork for completeness and accuracy; resolve data or documentation gaps.
• Communicate with Partners to provide candidate status updates and answer questions
• Process forms to ensure agents are integrated in our systems correctly
• Answer and direct phone inquiries
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, to include incoming correspondence distribution in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Manage resource assignments for new agents, ensuring their onboarding experience is smooth
• Additional administrative duties such as control reports, coordinating conference rooms, preparing for meetings, and handling fingerprinting for candidates
