Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate The Masiello Group is seeking an Agent Success Coordinator in Nashua to support the Sales Director and agents. You will navigate systems, coordinate listing and transaction workflows, and maintain records across departments.

This role is in-person, primarily in Nashua with two days weekly in Atkinson, reimbursed travel. The ideal candidate thrives on problem solving and helping others succeed within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Real estate, transaction coordination, or professional office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Director and regional agents.
• Coordinate listing timelines, updates, documentation, and workflows.
• Review listing and transaction documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate information across real estate, marketing, accounting, and internal systems.
• Help agents navigate company technology, tools, and processes.
• Deliver training and one-on-one support to agents with varying levels of experience.
• Assist with day-to-day operations in Nashua and Atkinson offices.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
