Financial Services Assistant – State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Financial Services Assistant – State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:

• Base Salary plus commission/bonus

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic about the role of insurance and financial products in helping people manage risks, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
• Availability to work from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday
• Bachelor's degree preferred
